Designed to connect two sch40 pipes together without the use of traditional glued coupling.
This is a slip/socket/solvent SxS fitting PVC union with NSF-Certification. Easy to connect. Works like a charm. Compatiable with both schedule 40 pvc pipes and fittings. PVC pipe union connectors are pvc pipe fittings designed to connect two pvc pipes (compatiable with sch40 and sch80) together without the use of a sealant or traditional glued coupling. Certified NSF-61 for potable application. Features EPDM O-ring, or Ethylene propylene diene monomer O-rings, a synthetic elastomers with lower cost steam and chemical resistance, particularly for applications involving solvents, acids and other mild chemicals. The ethylene content is typically around 45% to 75% for the EPDM.
