Assembly Instructions: Build Your Goal in 5 Easy Steps

This guide outlines how to build a highly stable goal measuring approximately 3 feet high x 3.5 feet wide x 2 feet deep.

Required Materials (Not Included):

• 2" Schedule 40 PVC Pipe: 4 x 10-foot lengths

• Soccer Net: 3x4 ft size

• Zip Ties: 1 pack

• PVC Primer & Cement: For an optional permanent hold

Step 1: Cut the Pipe

Using a PVC cutter or hacksaw, cut your four 10-foot PVC pipes into 12 distinct pieces:

• 4 x 3.5-foot pipes (Front and back horizontal crossbars)

• 4 x 3-foot pipes (Vertical upright corner posts)

• 4 x 2-foot pipes (Top and bottom side depth supports)

Step 2: Build the Base

1. Form a rectangle on the ground using two 3.5-foot pipes and two 2-foot pipes.

2. Connect the four corners using four of your 247Garden 3-Way Elbow fittings.

3. Ensure the open, third outlet on every fitting is pointing directly upward. Tap securely with a rubber mallet.

Step 3: Insert the Uprights

1. Insert the four 3-foot vertical pipes into the upward-facing open outlets of the base frame.

Step 4: Assemble the Roof

1. Build a second rectangle for the top frame using the remaining two 3.5-foot and two 2-foot pipes.

2. For the front corners (the open face of the goal), attach the two 247Garden 90-Degree Elbow fittings.

3. For the back corners, attach the remaining two 247Garden 3-Way Elbow fittings, leaving the open third outlets facing forward to connect the roof structure.

Step 5: Final Assembly & Netting

1. Lift the assembled top frame and press it down onto the four vertical uprights. Tap with a mallet until all pipes are firmly seated inside the 247Garden fittings.

2. (Optional) For a permanent structure, disassemble one joint at a time, apply PVC primer and cement, and quickly reconnect.

3. Drape the soccer net over your finished frame and secure it to the PVC pipes with zip ties every 6 inches. Trim the excess zip tie ends for a clean finish.
