Taishan cauliflower, also known as Chinese cauliflower, is a heritage type of cauliflower from Taishan China that is more flavorful and has a very sweet taste than the common cauliflowers. If you ever go dine at a Chinese restaurants and they have this on the menu, you should definitely try it. Also sold at many Chinese supermarkets.
