Installation Instructions

1. Prepare Tubing: Slide the 1/2" PEX-A expansion ring onto the tubing, leaving no more than 1/8 inch extending beyond the tubing end.

2. Expand Tubing: Use a manual or cordless expansion tool with the correct 1/2" expander head. Insert and expand the tubing.

3. Rotate Between Expansions: Rotate the expander head after each expansion to avoid internal ridges.

4. Insert Fitting: Insert the PEX fitting immediately until it reaches the tubing shoulder.

5. Allow for Contraction: The tubing will contract naturally around the fitting within seconds, forming a strong, leak-resistant seal.
